Traci is Chair of FOMA, Hineuru Holdings Ltd, Te Arawa Group Holdings, W3 Wool Unleashed and the National Advisory Council on the Employment of Women. She is the NZ Co-Chair of the Australia NZ Leaders Forum Indigenous Business Sector Group, and a director on Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan NZ Forestry Investments Ltd, NZTE, Predator Free 2050 and Massey University. Traci is also an Honourary Advisor for NZ on the Asia New Zealand Foundation and Honourary Vice-President of NZ National Fieldays Society. Traci is also a member of the Food & Fibres Leaders Forum and the MPI Food & Fibres Partnership Group.

Ngāi Tahu, Ngāti Wheke, Ngāti Waewae

Nadine was recently appointed CEO of Horticulture NZ after four years in the mānuka honey industry. She Chaired NZ Apples & Pears 2012 -2018, being a director from 2010. Nadine and her business partner founded a company exporting mixed produce globally, selling it in 2013 and becoming its Global Exports Manager. Nadine is a Director with Scales Corporation Ltd, Plant & Food Research, Strong Wool Action Group, NZ Foodbasket, BLinc Innovation, Te Pitau Ltd, and Quality NZ - a start-up shipping meat to India. She was also a member of the Primary Sector Council. In 2103 Nadine was an inaugural Manawa Nui (Associate Governor) for Ngāi Tahu, serving on its Holdings board and at Ngāi Tahu Seafood. Nadine considers her global export markets knowledge and relationships a strength. She has also been heavily involved in biosecurity and plant breeding.

Ngāti Porou, Te Arawa, Te Whakatohea

Te Kapunga has twenty years’ senior management experience in the forestry and manufacturing sectors, including recently as CEO of PF Olsen Ltd, a full suite, forestry management services company. He is current Chief Executive of Whenua Oho, a free Māori landowner advisory and advocacy service focussed on awakening our (Māori) underutilised lands through pathways into forestry in its many forms (commercial, native, exotic) and horticulture.

Ngati Whakaue / Te Arawa

Tanira is an agricultural economist with experience in NZ agriculture, horticulture and forestry, as a researcher and practitioner. His interests span indigenous land tenure systems and production economics, and integrated frameworks that include modelling mitigation options, land use change, new processing infrastructure and alternative market channels, particularly with Māori collectives. Tanira leads research programmes funded by the NZ Agricultural Greenhouse Gas Research Centre and Our Land & Water NSC. He is a ministerial appointment to the government climate change and freshwater advisory groups. Tanira is a director on Pamu (Landcorp) and several Māori land authorities. He has a PhD in agricultural economics and development (Australian National University), and an MAppSc (Hons) in agricultural systems management (Massey University).

Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Raukawa, Ngāti Tahu

Dr Ellis is Director of Māori and Pasifika Business Programmes at Victoria University. She is a trustee of Ngāi Tukairangi Trust in Mount Maunganui, a Māori-owned kiwifruit exporter. Dr. Ellis is the Mataatua delegate for FoMA and has significant primary sector related governance experience. She holds a Bachelor and Masters of Management Studies (Hons), and PhD from Waikato University.

Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Raukawa

Bob has been Chairman of AgResearch's Iwi Futures Governance Group and is a former member of the FoMA executive (1997-2009). He is a Board member of the Red Meat Profit Partnership and Chair of Te Awahohonu Forest Trust - winning the Ahuwhenua Trophy 2013. Bob graduated from Lincoln College and has worked in rural finance and real estate and advised Māori entities in agriculture and forestry.

Ngāi Tahu / Rakiura

Richard Manning is currently director of Treasure Pot Innovations Ltd, established 2015, that exports fish maw and pāua to Hong Kong, Singapore and China. The company has developed new processes for preparing pāua in ways that meet the preferences of Chinese consumers. Richard is also a trustee of the Rakiura (Stewart Island) Māori Lands Trust since 1997.

Ngāti Konohi

Ingrid has over 46 years’ experience in business and corporate governance. She is Chair of Whangara Farms (69,000 beef and sheep stock), Chair of the Whangara B5 Māori Land Inc, and a founding and current member of FOMA, being a Board delegate for 10 years. She has also presented in Germany, Geneva and China on farming methods and Māori land ownership. Ingrid has 45 years’ experience in health management. She was appointed to the Tairāwhiti DHB in 2000, then voted to the DHB (by the community) serving as Chair from 2001-2010. Ingrid is a Trustee of Chelsea Private Hospital (Gisborne), and a Board member of Matai Medical Research Institute (Gisborne). Ingrid is co-owner of Three Rivers Medical Ltd, the largest medical practice in Gisborne with 19,000 patients and 45 staff. Ingrid will retire from this practice on 31 May 2021.

Tane is General Manager of AgriSea NZ Seaweed, an award-winning family-owned and run company specialising in manufacturing macro-algae concentrates and extractions to for soil, plant, animal and human health. Based in Paeroa, AgriSea supplies the horticulture, agriculture, apiculture, viticulture and dairy sectors, domestically and to a growing export market.
